'The Russian Hammer' Artem Lobov (12-12-1) finally registered his first win in the UFC with a unanimous decision win over rival Chris Avila (5-3) at UFC 202
It was a good solid first round for Artem. Leg kick after leg kick on a retreating Avila gave Artem the round easily. The Diaz teammate seemed to have nothing to offer in way of opposition.
In the second round we saw much of the same from Avila in the sense that he simply did not have anything offer. Artem landed more leg kicks, more crisp strikes and seemed physically stronger. And pretty much again for the third round to give Artem a rather easy unanimous decision win.
