Following on from Monday's big announcement of Norman Parke vs. Decky Dalton, Cage Legacy Fighting Championship have just announced that their co-main event will be John Redmond (5-11) vs. Rolando Dominique (8-4) for October 28th in Drogheda.
Redmond is a true Irish MMA veteran having fought professionally since 2009. The Team Ryano fighter is currently on a four fight skid having lost to Will Fleury, Rhys McKee, Kyle Redfearn and Craig White. His last registered win came against Kieran Davern in 2013. Redmond also has a scheduled fight against Glenn Irvine at BAMMA in September.
Not much is known about American Rolando Dominique. His hails from Alaska but has relocated to Ireland and trains in the Full Power gym. I was told his record is 8-4. Several MMA databases have him registered as 3-4 with the three wins coming via TKO. So it is safe to assume he can be a dangerous striker.
