Items are sent and tracked via An Post parcel and package service.

Shipping is €5.00 flat rate.

Returns and Exchange Policy:

Our aim is to put the customer number one and we will do our very best to make sure you are happy. In order to do this we offer full refunds or exchange of items if you are not happy with your product. However we have a number of rules for this:

1. Returns must be done within 30 days of your purchase in order to get a full refund or exchange of your item. After which we cannot offer an exchange, refund, or return, this does not affect tour statutory rights.

2. Items must not have tags removed and still be in original packaging where applicable.

3. Items must be in the condition you received them. 

4. Gumshields cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, this does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Damaged items. In the rare chance you should receive a damaged item please Contact Us within 5 days of your delivery and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund pending the item still has original packaging and tags attached. If you do not get in touch within 5 days we cannot accept 'damaged' returns.

Please note that all returns, exchanges and refunds will not include the delivery costs.
