Last week it was announced that Carl McNally aka 'King Carlos' was set to make his pro debut at Clan Wars 25 but his opponent was to be announced. Well today the promotion announced that Arann Maguire will join McNally in the pro ranks as the two will square off on August 28th in Belfast.
Clan Wars posted the following about Maguire and the fight:
"Arann Maguire joins the professional ranks in the bantamweight division signing his bout agreement confirming his fight against Carl 'King Carlos' McNally.
Arann holds impressive victories over top fighters such as Sbgi fighter Richie Smullen, Ryanos Sean Paul Power and Kyuzo fighter Nathan Kelly.
This is going to be an exciting and well matched pro debut for both Arann and Carl.
Can't wait for this one from two of Irelands top up and coming pro bantamweights!"
Clan Wars 25 take place on 28th of August at the Ramada Hotel in Shawsbridge, Belfast.
