James Gallagher (6-0) scored his sixth straight professional win in the co-main event of Bellator 173 in Belfast, Northern Ireland on Friday evening with a over Kirill Medvedovski (7-5).
The 20-year-old, who only turned pro 16 months ago, breezed past his opponent with ease locking in the rear naked choke just two minutes into the opening round. What makes this even more impressive is that Medvedovski is ranked higher in BJJ than Gallagher.
This victory marks his third under the Bellator promotion.
After the fight Gallagher called out rival and fellow undefeated Bellator prospect AJ McKee saying he is next an he will be "done in one"
