Long running Irish MMA show BattleZone Fighting Championships is all set to return on September 3rd from the Trinity Sports Centre in Donaghmede. This will be the first BattleZone to take place under the new rules.
The night will feature a number of IMMAF European Qualifier bouts to determine who will represent the Republic of Ireland at the European Championships in Prague from November 24-27
There will also be a number of regular amateur MMA bouts and there has been no confirmation as to whether or not there will be any pro fights taking place
So far fighters like Scott Trelford and James Sheehan have been confirmed for the card as well as teases to Steven Moore and some some Cork BJJ representatives.
Fight announcements will begin Friday for this event.
